ya, you can buy all of those things, but i have motocross bars on my bike (which would be bigger than those risers) - and everything works except the brake lines.
it's pretty easy to order though. all you would need to do is call galfer, HEL, or whoever you want to buy brake lines from and say "i need the cbr 954 kit + 4 inches on both lines" or however much more line you wanted to add. i think i added like 5" to mine - and it have plenty of extra line.

I finally dropped the dime on ordering a set for my F3. I'll let you know what I think,
after I get them and get them mounted.
The reason I went with the APEX is they utilize a hollow bar and they are infinitely
adjustable. Hoping to tweak the postion enough to be more comfy and not have to
replace hoses, etc. Worst case scenerio, I get slight improvement and can still ride,
while I wait for updated control-lines.
The hollow bars are important because I'm also looking to get a ThrottleMeister
bar-end kit, with a throttle-lock cruise-control.

Just an update for any interested...
Got the bars, nice machining and finish.
To get them to work, gonna have to replace the throttle-cable.
Went 2-ish inches longer. So far I've pulled the fairings,
pulled the carbs, got the cables mounted and replaced the carbs.
Oh yeah, pulled the carbs, again, because I forgot to lube the cables
the first time. DOH!
Started out mounting them under the tripples, but have decided I
can (and should) go with a regular mount, on top of the tripples.
At first was concerned about brake mc clearance issues, but that's gonna work out.
I did have to flip my hoses on the banjo bolt, so I get to bleed the brakes, as well.
All of this is to say, it is not a quickie/instant gratification-type project.
Took a break for the day, hopefully, I'll wrap it up tommorrow.
If it ain't fun I don't lift a wrench, so I like to take my time. ;-)
