Default Any one use these?

Has anyone on here used these rearsets on a 954rr? I called the company and they advised that they are not sure if they fit right since they are using the same part for a 929 and they have not test fitted them and are not planning to do so untill the end of May. Just curious if anybody has already purchased them since they are selling them and have not test fitted them yet.

Those are really expensive! They look as simplyas a block of aluminum with holes in it! Are they all that expensive?

Arata, Sato, Gilles, Woodcraftand any other well known companies that make adjustable rearsets are around $450 to $600. Vortex adjustable rearsets are only $350-$400 but they do not make them for a 954rr. Yeah they are just a block of alu. with holes and I have no idea why they cost so much. You would think that it had HD written on the side of it but I really need a set since I am dragging the stock pegs even after taking off the feelers.

I checked out a set of them on a bike here in town... I was amazed. It is literally a 3x4 in block of aluminum with holes. If you had a CNC machine you could make a killing off of making that crap!

fit you to the bike!!-if you arehappy with the stock set-up that is cool!,if you spend $400-500
on rear-sets and leave them adjusted in the stock position-sum ting wong wit you!![sm=proof.gif]

Funny how they do make rearsets for the 954 but they are fixed rearsets and my post clearly states that they do not make ADJUSTABLE REARSETS for the 954. Now a couple of years ago they did make adjustable rearsets for the 954 but they don't now. So please google your facts before posting!
