i am in the process of purchasing a 954 and was informed of several brake, and electrical recalls on the bike...

Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?

What year? There were no recalls, but several Technical Service Bulletins. Only 1 for the 2003 model (what I have) and it was a sticker change.

 

mine is a 02, bought it with 6,xxx miles and now i have close to 29,xxx and most ive had to do was replace plugs cuz my bike sat while i was deployed. no recalls i know of but i think the sticker change randy speaks of is the one that says "caution: she's a beast"
