Default 954 vs F4i

Happy New Year everybody. I'm having a dillemma that I know all of you can help me with....I currently own an 05 F4i that I really enjoy. Now I have an opportunity to buy an 02 954 w/ 1500 miles at a great price (under 5k). I intent to track one of the mentioned bikes. My question is "Do I really need an extra bike that will take up precious space and risk the wife gettin pissed?"

Also, could I resell it in the spring/summer at a profit? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

theres a very small chance to resell for a profit... most 954s go between 4500 and 6000 depending on condition... also if you're gonna track a bike the f4i is a great track bike for a beginner. you know the golden rule about your wife: if she ain't happy, nobody's happy!

Having 2 bikes is always better than one.

I would keep the f4i, but i would also buy the 954. I bought my european edition 954 about a year ago, and i love it. But this Christmas i bought an 01 f4i, hehe. The f4i is just much more comfortable than my 954. But lets face it, its not the go getter that the 954 is. Anyways, i currently own 4 bikes and the f4i would have been #5. But i sacrificed selling my 929 just so i could have room for the f4i...I must say i will NEVER sell any of my bikes to buy another again, LoL...Damn i miss the 929....=-)

I would buy it but I am in the same boat as many here. Not married and no one to answer to.

Dammit! I snoozed and lost out on the deal. Someone made out very well. 4500 bucks. 1400 miles.
