Default 954 on NOS?

Ok I KNOW I just opened a can of worms.. So before I even start, yes this bike has great horsepower, more than I will ever be able to use on the street. But I am asking this question for the strip \not the street. Does anyone have nitrous on their bike? How hard is it to install? Did you have a shop do it? How much (est) did it cost? And gentleman I’m not talking about a 150 shot, I’m referring to a 25, 35 maybe a 40 shot but probably the latter of the three, just something for a extra kick in the pants on the ¼ mile, at the end of second and threw third and fourth gear is when I would spray. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ricky Finch

also before the negative questions come out, everyone "ooohs" about a turbo bike. NOS as far as I'm concerned is just another powed adder, and set up right with a low shot it won't kill the engine. I have a 100 shot on a foxbody mustang with a stock 302 shortblock it runs great! btw its my street car.

i have a dry 50 shot on my 954. pretty easy deal, i put the kit together myself. if you're interested in more info on a dry set up i'l type it all out. i've ran across several 954s with the 50hp jets making 35 or less to the tire and i'm not sure why

well you're going to have to figure out where you're going to put the bottle and what size bottle. from there you need these things

small solenoid
4 ft line
2 ft line
dry fogger w/ mounting kit
pc3usb
dynojet hub switch

these are from nitrous oxide systems, these will be just about everywhere.

also the hub switch, you'd need atleast the map selection switch and handle bar bracket with the hub itself. basically what this unit does is it will let you store 2 maps onto your power commander and you can switch between the two maps with the flick of a switch on the handle bars. so map one for me is 110 octane nitrous map, map two is 92 octane motor map.

if you want to be a baller, this thing handles more maps and is just cool

well i have figured out after putting the nitrious kit on my car, that all this stuff except the dyno jet hub is avaliable from places like summit, or any other car place that sells nitrious accesorys. When i do it ill make a pretty write up with plenty of pics! It is actually pretty straight forward and easy except for the dyno jet map, Which i am gonna get done at a dyno shop when i get my custom map for my regular riding. I already have most of the stuff so it will be untill around march untill i write this up.
