Ainside your gas tank is a small diode called a thermistor. It is basically a temperature driven reisitor. Once the temp of the tank gets so cold, current is decreased and the fuel like turns off. It's a simple fix. Drain gas tank and remove fuel pump assembly. Attached to the assembly is a small can shaped capsules with a single wire attached. Use a soldering gun to remove the solder holding the capsule to the bracket. Open up the capsule and replace thermistor with Look at this on eBay:

before you pull the fuel pump assembly out , put a multi to the wiring & when you know the pump assembly is stuck on then pull the pump assembly, as you don't want to pull it if there's no need. C.W
