I searched and didnt come up with anything. I am about to buy a new sprocket and chain set. I was told I should go down one in the front and up one in the back for better performance. When buying I have the option of 520 or 530. Which should I choose?

 

520 saves you some weight 530 will last you alot longer.I go with the 530 myself but it is up to you.
By the way I went with -1 +2 in my gearing.

 

520 is fine IF you buy a good quality chain and sprockets. If your going to be cheap you had better get the 530.

 

My CS was -1 and stock rear. IMHO, don't worry about 520 unless you're a hardcore track guy.

 

I went with a 530. The guy I bought the bike from was stock front sprocket and -1 in the back. I ordered my sprockets going off what I thought was stock. So I actually went -1 front and +2 back
