the only way you can really reach 200 on a sport bike is with over sized wheels (or buy a busa) and actually radar in at 200... (i learned that because on my car stock 15" wheels at 60 mph doesnt equal 18" wheels at 60mph. Speedo says 60 but radar says 71 any tire size calculator can tell u that)
if he did have over sized wheels and tires he may have been telling the truth...just changing the profile from the tire 50 to 60 will show you a 15mph difference at speeds that exceed 175mph... 300 lbs im not sure if thats possible but maybe
the only thing that bothers me is that bikes become WAY unstable at speeds that exceed 150 with out the right geometry... i cant see many people keeping control at 211mph since once u hit 180, it just ticks slowly from there
