Not thinking about getting rid of the old 954....She will go with me to the grave! A Panigale or Ape V4 may need to sit next to her in the stable though......

Well the Aprillia is a nice bike but they really don't have great customer service here in the states. You'll play the waiting game on parts at times. The Duc..... I haven't heard the price. I think its one sexy bike. I hope to see one at the Chicago IMS this Friday.

Sit back and wait a year. Erik Buell should have the 1190RS in due time in the Ducati price range.

dude.... no way that'll be in the price range... isn't going to be over $40,000? and i still don't think it'll be AS good as the duc. nowhere near as sexy looking either.

Yeah it is at 40 grand right now. They are looking into the future right now to have more of somewhat massed production model. Is it as good as the Pingale??? Nobody can say that is for sure. The EBR is 370 lbs. dry. In race trim its 370 wet this year. Wanna have race trim?? Just get rid of the extra exhaust can, turnsignals, rear fender, headlight and any street legal pieces. Pretty much this bike is what a Pingale costs in the R model but more in some ways.
