Default 2002 954--do the gauge have a clock

1-2002 cbr 954--do we have a clock--if so how do we set the time
2- do anyone notice on the 954 the speed seem to be reading higher then you are really going--example--doing 55mph and the gauge read 65--thank for all help

Yes the bikes do have a clock,I don't remember off the top of my head how to set it though.If you have the owners manual it states on there how to do it.As far as the speedo yes most bikes are off coming from the factory I believe the 954 is off about 5%.More if you or previous owner changed the sprockets.

Sounds like the sprockets were changed to me. For the clock hold the right button then push the left button, and you'll figure it out from there.

Is there a way to tell if the sprockets has been change,i see 530/520 sets--which will make the speedo move more slowly

You can count the teeth on the sprockets or see if there is a number stamped on them.Stock is 16 up front 43 in rear 530-520 is the chain pitch size.If you want a more accurate speedo then I suggest you get a SPEEDOHEALER and calibrate your speedo to whatever sprockets you have,cost is about $100.00 well worth it for me.
