It has nothing to do with the bike its all about the rider. Take the class, go to the track, become skilled with the bike itself and you'll be faster and safer than any modifications.

my bike its pretty much stock. It came with a slip on, other than that I've added a steering damper which is a great addition and will adding steel braided lines hopefully this weekend if I can get to it. Since you have the skill down those would be my two first choice's. The exhaust is more just for sound and appearence.

I have ordered a Veypor VR2. Then, my background is engineering, so the moto is "you will only imrove if you can measure, change, then retest". And, my stock Erion is -way- more capable than me. So, when I know that I am getting to an edge, then it is time to do mods. Steering damper will probably be #1 ..

Just my $0.02 from left-field ;-)

Im gonna order some flush mount turn signals next, i think that will be the nicest improvement from stock. Bike's too fast already, i'm not worried about performance mods yet !

Of the mod's i have seen others do, white wheels are sexy.

I've gotta say that the Sterring Stabilizer would be #1. These things are notorious for tank slappin'. That's my opinion of something to get before the flushmounts, exhaust, etc.

Single best mod on my 929 is the Kevlar brake lines....Stoppies!!! Next thing would be the mirror extensions, easier to see what's behind me than move my arm in all the time.
