Default under rear seat access

okay I know a lot of us have undertail kits on our 929's so how is everyone going about gaining access to the storage under the back seat?? cause with mine I have to drop the tail to get to the seat latch, I really dont want to cut a hole in the bottom of it. but the extra storage space could come in handy..

haha funny you ask. take a shoelace attach it to the leaver for the seat...tie the other end at the subframe on the lil bar under the riders seat...yank on the string and bingo seat opens.

i did this cuz the tool i bought mine from lost his stock keys and i dont trust these ones from the locksmith.

if you needs pics holla, ill take some for ya. no one will k now its there either, kinda sleath.

I use the factory lock/key with my undertail too. Just had to relocate the lock.

I spent about $20 on parts (push button switch/door lock actuator/bike brake cable/wire) and made an automatic trunk opener. Easy mod and well worth the effort!

I like Jimmies version but at the time i did my fender eliminater on mine that i just bought, I did the shoestring thing using a S hook and string up to front seat and tuck under the bra outta sight. Tried to relocate the cylinder but it wouldnt line up and didnt come close to the latch to release with a key. plenty of space to hold waters or ? for you tho. that along with integrated tail light cleaned it up!!

lmao. That commercial is hilarious, gets me every time. Just like the one with the pot hole messing up the tire of the 350z.
