i want to go with a tubular swingarm...and tube the rear section for the passenger section...please let me know if there is any direction i can be pointed into...is it even worth it? i want to shed weight and give it a cleaner look...frame will be powder coated black to blend with paint...so its the swingarm and rear section receiving the attention...let me know...

i think that you are going in the right direction to shed weight: fairing and exhaust. not sure that there is too much else you can do to get big gains though.
another option is to replace the instruments with a veypor unit. that will save a bit and still look cool.
not sure you will gain anything with the swing arm and sub-frame. though you might lose a lot in terms of handling and ability to handle the power. depends what you are after i suppose.

Getting machnesium wheels and changing all your bolts to titanium is typically the easiest way to loose weight off a bike. Not to mention doing a 520 chain conversion kit and carbon fiber body work. With the tubular swing arm and sub frame I think it would look cool but to make it strong as stock you aren't going to be saving any weight. I don't know how much you weight but if you are over weight, loosing weight yourself will greatly affect the performance of your bike as well.

lol no...im not over weight...i want just a cleaner look...but i may just have the stock units grinded smooth...then just powdercoat them...exhaust will be short cut with custom finish...i may go carbod fiber body work little bit later...but what about the veypor instrument unit? not sur eof anything with that...as for wheels...i wanna go little as possible spent with that but still light weight and simple...let me know...thanx
