I was at 165 this morning with about 1,000 rpm to go. Should not be a problem to get up to 180.

lol with -1 +1 gearing i have had mine registering like 181...yeeehawwwww probably closer to 165 or something who knows.

 

new speed record yesterday: 27 with a 26 mph tailwind. kickin ***

 

lol. anyway, i saw 178 on the speedo on the interstate before the 1 down, 2 up sprocket change. probably only around 160 or so though. the haynes service and repair manual that i have states the top speed as 172 but i've heard alot of people say that they have gone faster. who knows.

 

Back in the summer I saw 185....

 

Against a Yamaha R1 with full exhaust and on my 929 with my signiture customs, he was doing 212 with no more throttle and tucking his jacket, and i was doing 206 with my jacket tucked and no more throttle then we ran out of raod haha, i was a lil scared but its my top speed so far on a 929...

 

i seen 163 on my 04 cbr 600 RR thats all she gave me.

 

took her to 180 yesterday, tuckin with some throttle left. i think 195 is not far off with just pipe and lowered.

 

fastest i been on mine is 140. dont have enough ***** yet. only had her a few months.
