I DONT IF I SHOULD BE CONCERNED.WHEN I SHIFT INTO 1ST IT CLUNKS INTO GEAR. THEN WHEN I GO TO 2ND - 3RD IT ALSO CLUNKS AND I HAVE TO PULL UP ALITTLE HARDER THAN NORMAL TO MAKE SURE ITS IN. ( NOT SMOOTH ) 4TH 5TH 6TH NICE AND SMOOTH .I DONT KNOW IF CLUTCH PLATES ARE STICKING OR GEAR BOX HOPE NOT. MAYBE NORMAL THIS IS MY 1ST HONDA ONLY HAD IT FOR 1 MONTH. ANY CLUES.

 

Mines the same way, just takes some getting used too. Maybe not Honda trait but anyone here will tell you 929's are noisy and clunky. Sometimes mine is nice and smooth then other times it is like you said. No big deal.

 

Might just have a little wear in the shift forks also, unless it stops going into gear, or falls out of gear its pretty normal. Also do you really need to "shout" at us
