I have an erion exhaust system. I have to agree with another on here. I'd prefer hp gains without the noise. Being stealth allows you to go through the gears and hear the feel of the bike performing. Sometimes, this has it's advantages when you don't startle situations by sound. Back on topic. To truely see hp gains, a pipe should be accompanied by a filter and a pc. The D&D is too loud. I took some additional FMF fourstroke packing and added steelwool layer around the inner baffle, then wrapped the packing around that. By creating differen't amounts of packing in the can, you can essentially adjust the tone. The steel wool helped to ensure adequate exhaust discharge while not affecting back pressure.
All of these can easily be tuned out a little by having molded headphones in the helmet to play your favorite adrenaline music to get ya in the groove either way.
