D&D baby!! cheap and loud and as hell, plus i get lots of compliments on the sound.

 

I just sold my D&D sounds sweet from a rider stand point but way to loud out the back of the bike. My friend cruised by on my bike at a stady 6k and I heard him go by and continue down the road for about 2MI and that is just too loud. Cant imagine it at 11K. I just picked up a two brothers titanium and hope its louder than my micron.

M4 here. I think it sounds good but I don't really have anything to compare it to.

 

Im surprised that the most popular on the poll is D&D. They are nice but damn they are loud. Perfect for revving under the underpass when the cop is drinking his coffee and u scare the **** out of him

 

i had some ******* cut me off and try to squeeze me out of the lane on purpose... some old ***.. well anyway his window was down and i put the end of my pipe about 10 inches from his head in his car and reved to 11k a few times and well he let me in after that.

Are you running the full system or just the slip on? I have the serpent full system and it is plenty loud w/ tons of power! Micron makes some badass tubes

 

Its wierd maybe I am just messed up. I bolted on my 2 bro and it instantly sounded louder than the micron nice deep and consistantly louder as I revved it up, then I put my Micron on and it was really quiet but once I revved it it sounded louder and meaner. Maybe I should have kept the D&D. I like loud pipes but the D&D is overkill. I am running bolt ons for now. I am unsure If I want to go with a full exhaust and PC I know it will be a nice improvement but For now My bike is fast enough I think I will wait til I get bored with it and want more HP. I agree the Micron is a nice pipe. My 2 bro is really light (titanium). The Micron made 2 more HP on the dyno and has a much better Throttle response. The 2 bro has a great T-response too. I just got it today Unsure of what I want to do with it. Keep it and make it a shorty stunt pipe or sell it and get the Jardine I really want.
