Hi I can only get 1 photo at a time to attach so there is another of the bike in the new member section title howyagoin.
From this photo you can see that with my race glass I have a gap from the back of the seat to the rear cowling what I would like to do is fit a piece of rubber to the cowling like a bum stop in the race bike style.
I have no access to the inside with the undertail i have made but I do have a ally piece no the inside I could screw to
thanks hope to hear your ideas cannot find a piece of rubber, closed cell foam or whatever to achieve this

Check an industrial supply store, or your local metal supplier will be able to point you towards a place for rubber. You can also get liquid urethane and make a mold in the shape/thickness you want. I've used the real hard stuff to make custom motor mounts, so get a real soft one and epoxy it on. You could even go with silicone.

On this chart see the hardness is in delron, 80-95 is good for motor mounts, not for butts. Find something below 30. but really silicon would be great and hold up to the weather.
I can't resist, get a smooth-on, haha

You can also get liquid silicone at a hobby shop like Ryder's.
