Since mine doesn't vibrate, I'm inclined to encourage you to find out why yours does, instead of just having to compensate for it. These ain't Harleys, after all. : )
Does the engine's tone change when this is occurring? The servo motor starts moving the exhaust valve/intake flapper at about 3000, then again at 8000 rpm, so I hesitat to blame that system.....
Anyway, to start off, I'll just stick with that first question - are there any other abnormal indications or behavior besides the vibration itself.

Check your clipons mine had a small vibration that was doing the same thing and my clipons were loose I adjusted them and problem fixed. Sixs929 is right you shouldn't be getting much of a vibration. hope that's all it is good luck
thanks for the feedback guys. i had thought about my clipons possibly being the problem. I haven't had the time to check them yet but i will. If thats not it i have some other ideas in mind too..
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
well, I checked my clipons, they are tight. I thought it might be a wheel bearing but it seems good. So now i'm not sure. I thought that maybe the front forks are bent. (i bought the bike used from private seller) so it could be possible. Any other ideas guys?
my 929 has a hullova lot more clipon vibration than the R6 I had previously. I think it's in it's nature. when I got the 929, it had aftermarket carbon-look (and smaller) barends. I swapped those out for OEM and it made a noticable difference. so my suggestion would first be to go to OEM barends if you have aftermarket (smaller). if you have OEM, go to a heavier aftermerket barend. some people have gone as far as to fill up the inside of their clipons with BB's and then screw on the barend.
