anybody wit some info on how to adjust my front shock down to lower my bike ill feel more comfortable so i thinks its a must do, but i dont want to slam it or nothing all about stop and how my feet are position!

i assume you have a 929 andyour talking about your front forks, its not that hard to lower the front, if you look at your fork tubes where they pass thru the top and bottomtriple clamps you will see bolts on each side,6 bolts total,3 per side, 1 bolt in the top one each side just below where the clip-on mounts at and 2 bolts per side in the lower,loosen those bolts and you can slide the fork tubes up through the triple clamps to the desired positonfor your ride heigth andtighten bolts back down,make sure you support the bike though because as soon as you loosen6 bolts your bike is gonna wanna start to lower, dont forget your gonna have to shorten your kickstand depending on how low you go, id also get lowering links for the back to even the bike up if you havent already done so.
