Default I need help finding this part!!!

Hi everyone. I need help finding a part for my 929. It is the clip that hold the headlight bulb in place. The bulb isn't going to fall out but somehow I lost one of the clips. None of the shops around here have one and all have told me to make one. Yeah right. Thanks.

That clip that you are looking for is part of the headlight assembly, you can buy a new head light[:@],make one out of a clothes hanger or as havoc said check out your local salvage yard.I know how you feel I snapped mine.

Well I don't think I'm going to order a new headlight assembly. I'll try the local recycle yards and if still no luck, winters here are cold so I might try making my own. Thanks for gettig back to me.

Bikebandit.com

If it's an individual piece on the 929 schematics, these guys can get it OEM. Just look up the part by bike, and see if it's an individual number. Probably will be.

I might be able to check a local yard here for ya too. Looked at the schematic on bikebandit... looks like it's as you thought, part of the entire front assembly.

Anyways, hope this helps ya.

well two things, could you post up a larger pic of your bike and you probally could save yourself some time if you got a set of wire cutters a pair of pliers and a large thick paperclip, i think you could probally figure it out from looking at the other two on the bike.[sm=headbang.gif]
