i cant win!
well i got my 954 swingarm on my 929. looks great. only i scratched and broke the front fairing when the bike tipped over. i had to hang it from the subframe to get the swingarm off and it tipped over. my dumba$$ got pissed off and yanked it up snapping the corner by the mirror off when it got caught on my coat! a few more late nites after workand she'll be all shiny and new again. it just sucks! i didnt put the wheel all together yet. just wanted it on teh kickstand for now.
got some frustration out though. had the DRZ400S out in the snow. got some wheelies out of my system too.

i havent got that far yet. i gotta get new sprockets before i put the wheel on for good. ill keep posted though. the biggest pain so far besides pickin the bike off the floor was finding a nut and bolt to weld up for a big allen wrench to get the swingarm axle out of the engine. ialso noticed the 954 has diffenthold down mountsfor the brake hose. no big deal though.
It's not such a big deal making a huge allen key. The easiest way is to get a large nut and bolt to rig it up. It was easy after that.
