How many Erion models produced?
I was just curious if anyone knew how many 01 Erion Racing 929's were produced. I have done a seach on this site as well as some others and a google search with no luck in finding out if there is any info on how many were produced. Thanks.
Has anyone actually gotten the answer to this? I myself have been trying to find the answer to this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I spoke to a gentleman who works at Erion Racing over in Orange, CA and he seemed to think that Honda and Erion produced anywhere from 350-650 bikes during 2001
I'm not sure how reliable the info was though....

Honda says, they do not make production numbers public. They do not want you thinking that your bike is worth more (or less) then it really is.
Would you think it was more valuable if they only made 1,000 or 1,000,000 of them?
They do have a point.

I know there are a lot of mine out there, but what makes it special to me is that I have yet to see another or hear of anyone in the state of Wisconsin that owns one.
(If there is one out there, keep it to yourself. Don't go pissin' in my Corn Flakes.....lol.)

The question is a good one but a mystery all the same. If you go by the vin#'s for any and all 2001 929's, the Erion edition bikes were produced after the standard 2001 929's (like mine) were manufactured. That makes it very difficult to even come close to establishing when the first Erion was produced. I am in total agreement with Lord Jersey's comment about not wanting to know of another "Limited Edition" "anything" being in the same state as mine. Case & Point being that I own a 2004 Polaris Predator Dale Ernhardt Jr. Limited Edition 4-wheeler. I bought this ATV in NOV 2004 and to this day I haven't seen one in person at any ATV event that I have been too or heard of one from people that I have talked too at any of said events. Its a nice feeling knowing you have one of the few. Let me burst my own bubble. I would be retarded to think that Polaris didnt supply at least 100 to each State in the US not to mention the rest of the world so maybe I should just be happy that I haven't seen another one yet.
