ello guys, i am new to this forum and this is my 1st post

I have a 929rr and it can't start. repair center guy said my ECU (CDI) need to be replaced. also he said my bike doesn't have HISS system. my bike have a power commander unit also .



So here is the problem, how do i find a matching ECU for my bike?

My current ECU showing these figures

I searched ebay for a ECU and i found one. here is it's figures.

Will this ECU work with my bike? if not, please give me a guide how to select a correct ECU unit for my bike.

I don't know too much on the ECU specs, But have you tried to remove the PC and start the bike?

 

How can i do that?

 

Just unplug it, and plug the harness connectors back together.

How does the guy at the shop know its an ECU issue?
