i stopped for food and when i came out my bike didnt start,it was only sitting for 1/2 hour,so i got my truck and took it back home and let it warm up and recharged my battery
then it woulodnt start for a bit alls it did was a make a clicking sound
rechaagred the batterey then popped it in and then it satred,so i whent for a ride and 20 minutes into it the bike starts bogging down real bad and then dyes so i clutch start it to keep goin and it keeps dying

RE: HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP
When my stator ( on a car it would be called the "alternator" ) went bad, my battery finally died on the highway. The gauges went blank first and finally the engine died when the electric fuel pump quit.
I don't recall seeing the red warning light at any point, though.

Sounds Like the Stator, went bad how old is your battery,If its more than a couple years old could be that too,Take it(Battery)out and charge it it should hold a charge if it don't it's the battery,if it does check the stator.Honda says it's Battery should be(beleive it or not)about 14.5volts.I just bought one and it reads that on my meter so if your battery is less Thats yer Prob.Battery should run you bout $110 bucks for a 929.Dunno bout the Stator.....But overcharging the battery in your bike can burn-em(Stator) out. That's Direct Satement from the Honda Mechanic I know.

it could be the stator (maybe) the regulator rectifier (probally) or a bad or loose ground (could be) or just a bad battery ( I don't know)
if its a bad battery, battery plus usually have sealed extreme batteries for I think I paid $40 for the one in my yzf600r
I had a similar problem on a 88 fz600 and a 91 fzr600, on the fz it turned out to be the ground.
on the fzr, after replacing the rectifier and the and battery turned out a connector was melted causing a short and wasn't charging my battery. and once the juice was gone the bike would die.
I start with checking all your connection grounds and all, charging system related
then replace the battery
and then replace the regulator rectifier
then the stator flywheel assembly
if you don't have someone who can check the above systems

I just had this problem....
ran it once, shut it down after about 1hr ride, started up, shut it down, nothing. Push started it in 2nd, got it working. Got it home, charged battery with trickle charge, ran it again, shut it off, tried to restart, nothing.
Replaced with a crossreferenced battery, not the required YTZ10S gel battery. I had the same problem(s). I finally replaced it with the OEM battery a couple of days ago and so far so good. I'm going to find an stator and voltage regulator just as back up.
You can run some tests. Get it running, check to see if the voltage in the battery changes as you rev to about 5k. Also check your charging coils, I did mine and they showed .08 which is within the specs.
Let the board known what you find out.
