I have a 2000 929 with about 19500.I have a small tic.I think it's in the top end but not sure.It's not a rod nock,it's not that loud.But you only here it when rideing.You don't really here it in the driveway.Any idea's?

You need to check the valves to see if they are within spec and also check the cam chain tensioner.

 

I'm puting it in the shop to have the valves ajusted so if the cam chain tensioner is bad they should catch it.Thanks!
