Looking to weld a gp exhaust on my 929 scooter. Looking at the gp gsxr1000 leo vince. Wondering about the pipe diameter to be welded. Want to cut the factory midpipe just after the 2-1. Anyone have opinions on this? Want something custom since I don't like anything anyone makes for the 929. Looking for a gp race style without being super loud.

Where the hell did you find your exhaust? That thing is wild! Custom bend pipe? I can not for the life of me make up my mind on what to do. Was going to do a devil high mount instead of the custom gp, but found out they aren't shipping to the us. Now i'm going to try my own custom high mount. Will the can for a 600 be ok with the 929? D&D only offers a bolt-on application but I want bend my own midpipe and need a slip-on can.. ANYONE CAN CHIME IN AT ANY TIME! I can use some expertise.

 

What kind of exhaust do you have on it now? I've got a devil hi mount on mine and i was actually thinking about swapping it out for a Two-Brothers!
