I was ridin my 929 earlier today and if i accelerate hard in gears 4th threw 5th it would pop out of gear and get stuck between 4th and 5th is there somethin that i can do to fix it or is it time for a tranny? And if so how much am i lookin for just a basic rebuild on the trannythe bike has 26k on the clock i heard there is recall on the clutch basket on the 929 could that be it i am not the original owner so im wondering if its ever been done?

 

your shift forks might be bent and/or your gear cogs are probably rounded off, you maybe able to get them back cut. but either way you are looking at aquitea bit of ajob.
