Default Found metal shard in oil pan

I had a small crack in my oil pan that was leaking very slowly so I decided to replace it. After taking off the old oil pan this is what I found.... Anybody have any idea what it is? I tried looking around the crankcase, but didn't notice anything out of place.

Wonder if someone was using a screwdriver for a dipstick? Looks like an interchangeable tip from a screwdriver.

Yeah it does look very similar to a flathead screwdriver except that the tapered part, where it goes from round metal to flathead, is unusually long.

The bike is used... got it at 10k miles and its at 18k now.

Dude that owned it before you must've had a wife that was trying to kill him. Rocks in the gas tank, metal objects in the crank case ... wonder what's in the forks

hahaha... already replaced those, one was bent and leaking... in hindsight i probably shouldnt have bought a bike with a stunting club sticker on it.
