you really should put all you info in the one post so I don't have to address the same subject in different post!

the thing is you don't make a 02 sensor you have to buy one, the good news is it isn't redicously expensive.

and yes that is probally the reason your running rich and fouling the plugs.

 

no no i cant run a 02 on my set upp !!!!! man my powercommander PCIII says not to use itt!!!!

so i neeed to make or get a Oxygen Sensor Eliminator!!

 

ok man your getting on my nerves now but I'm still going to answer you questions!

the deal with the 02 sensor is for emission purposes now when you start putting performance products on your bike, emisions go out the window!

now the powercommander won't work with a 02 sensor because if you add more fuel the bike will drop the amount of air to copensate and vise vesra if you add more air it will drop the amount of fuel to keep the A/F mix ideal.

now in order to get the full affect out of your powercommander and exhaust and airfilter, you need to do away with the sensor via a 02 eliminator

now once you get the 02 eliminator for the bike, I believe you can use any map not just a CA map for no 02 sensor!
