Default A few ?'s

I'm thinking about removing the flapper in my air box, blocking off the pair system, and removing the butterly in my exhaust.... I know this will throw a code, what did some of you do to get rid of the codes??

After a little research, I have come to find out that I will only get a code if I take out the servo... I will get codes 34 and 35... How do I hide, trick the ecu, or get rid of the codes once I take the servo out??? I know on my buddies Gixxer we had to take a few wires out of the ECM

I don't think it would be worth it to pull the servo. Just leave it in there and leave the setting to the factory one (don't rotate), or you'll throw a code.

Mine had all three mods done when I bought it. No codes as long as you just disconnect the cables from the valve. It runs good at high revs but not so good at low. Even with a PCIIIr and a custom map. Hope this helps.

Did you have your servo wide open or did you just turn it to have it open a little bit more???

open your airbox, take out the flap in there. Also their is a cable running from the bottom of your airbox to the servo...take that cable off. Leave the servo in place and connected to the wiring harness...dont touch the cables going to the HEeT valve and you wont throw codes...airbox mod is done. Starts alittle hard when really cold out, but low end power is worth it. If you have a bolt on exhaust..take it off and cut off the cone and reinstall your bolt on can.
