Custom LED Electronic Motorcycle Blinker Flasher Relay
Has anyone used one of these relays? I do have led blinkers both front and rear on my 2000 929 but never had an issue with the rate at which the blinkers operated. My relay has recently died on my and I was thinking instead of a over 50 dollar stock replacement part that this cheaper one would be worth looking into to save a few bucks. I have attached their website, any feedback if you know anything about this product is appreciated.

It appears to augment the stock relay. I didn't have any relay when I built mine up so used generic heat type flashers. When I switched to LED they won't heat the band in the flasher and became inoperable. I made a dirty fix, but wouldn't suggest it for a nice bike. Unfortunately you can't just check the bulb resistance and add resistors with my cheap setup because the resistance in the bulb changes with the heat generated in the filament. That leads me to believe the device they have created works only with a stock (non-heat) flasher relay and not as a standalone unit. I would e-mail them to be sure, but plan on replacing the relay or wiring up a cheaper set off a newer car (dirty).
