Well, new to this site and new to the 929. Just got myself an '01 that was downed. All front end and cosmetic damage. The problem I'm having is that i cant find any front end parts and when I do, someone else snatches them up beforem I can! I was wondering what other complete front ends are a direct fit to a 929. I've heard that basically all CBR's have the same size triple tree and steering bearings..? I've heard I can take a front end from ant F4i and bolt it right on. I definitely need- Front rim, one rotor, forks and triple tree(s). If anyone has any information or knows where I can find some parts, please let me know! I appreciate all help!

 

theres a triple and some front forks and i think i saw a front rim on there two yesterday but ebay and craigslist are about ur best bet man,i live in atlanta ga we have great junkyards that u can usaully get bike parts preety cheep, if u have a local salvage yard i would look there too,dont know about the f4 swap, for ur front end search the forums a little more,i know a 954 will fit and a 04 1000 cbr with some different clamps will work my buddy just put his on that way looks sick,good luck man
