Default Cbr 929 rr htev gremlins

I got problem with my htev servo motor, bike runs fine few kilometers,no fault codes and then throw up code 35 and sometimes code 34 and 35,i checked servo motor by manual all is in spec, valve rotation is butterfly smooth, servo working nicely when revving and suddenly just throw up code and it's stop working, when it's stops, it is on default position.. Is this ecm problem? Also, when turn ignition on, and when i put jumper on service conector, servo motor responds, trying to turns 🤔 is this normal?

Have you removed the flapper in the airbox along with the cable going to the servo motor?

Yes, only exaust valve is connected, probably ecu is toast, servo seems to be fine, by the spec

Servo works first couple of minutes, then throw up code 34,and when ignition is on servo starts to buzzing, also, when ignition is on, and i try to bridge service connector, servo responds, don't know if doing that od every bike or just mine

ECU should be fine. Try taking the exhaust valve apart and cleaning it really well. If this doesn't help then its time to either find another servo or remove the exhaust valve and install a full exhaust system. Do you have a Power Commander 3 on your bike? I have the Haas servo eliminator map file saved somewhere on my computer.

Valve is clean, don't have PC3, i will try to find different servo motor, without him there is about 5hp loss on midrange, if not, i will order servo eliminator to turn off red light on dash..

Bigger problem that i have is that the bike is like cough-stalls sometimes on idle, and can hear from left side of engine some gas escaping, (csss) like when opet bottle coca cola, bike runs fine od idle but when warms up, it's acting like someone press kill switch on half a second, and then that sound can hear, not always but when I turn on lights, bike shuts down itself, it starts up immediately.. I read about bad stators which can make electric ark with flywheel and ignite fums in crankcase, charging is good 14.2v,no ground between phases, but yesterday when i checked ground on phases, 2 of them show short circuit, (bike was hot, 95c temp) and after about 1 minute, there was no ground, maybe instrument had gremlin exactly that moment, or coils are cooled down and short circuit despaired, i will go now to remove stator and check it

Only way to check a Stator is with a meter. Looking at it is not going to tell you if a winding is shorted or open.

I checked stator of course, no short circuit with phase wires and ground, al 3 phases have about 0.6ohm resistance, charging with lights on idle is 14.17v that is all good, but when bike gets about 82c it starts to cuts of at the moments, i will try to record video, on neutral in garage only happens 2 time for time needed to warm up to 96c,when I go for a ride, at stop lights it starts to cough-cuts on every 30-40s or less
