Hi buddy
How many of you guys mod your CBR 929 engine? how does it feel?

Is that endurable?

define mods. that could be a flapper mod to a port and polishing the heads and a set of cams. ALOT of people have done small mods to include flapper, and hetv mods. maybe some velocity stacks and good clutch kit and some sprockets. rarely do you see heavily modded engines like big bore kits, head, cams ect. However these engine make good horsepower stock with some small additions and will last a long time. turbos, and nitrious as well as other poweradders will decrease life of the engine do to increased temps and wear on the internals. personally for a street bike I wouldnt do anything to crazy, but some people do crazy stuff so it never hurts to ask. But overall the 929/954 are GREAT engines and are even better woth additions and mods. hope this helps
