Put yourself behind the bars and enjoy all your efforts. It's easy to get addicted to
the wrenching and forget why you're doing it. Go ride and be seen, enjoy all of the
compliments for what you've done to date.

A couple of things that everyone neglects...
The harness and connectors, go thru and inspect the wiring, pull all of the
connectors and inspect them and when you re-connect, use di-electric grease to
pack them with. This is good preventitve maintenance.

Can't tell from the pics, but are you running SS-braided lines on the brakes?
One of the best bangs for the bucks out there, performance wise. Also,
if it's been a while, an over-haul/cleaning/greasing and fluid re-placement
is a good value maintenance to perform.

Steering-head bearings in good shape? Replace them with a roller-bearing set from AllBalls.com.
An in-expensive up-grade from the stock ball-bearings, and should last a life-time.

Hope these ideas get you past a little of the winter-blues.

One other oft-neglected chore...When's the last time you conditioned and waxed your
leathers? Once a year is not a bad schedule. That makes it a great winter-time activity.

My leather guru has told me the best way to keep them butter-soft is to use a
cheap, throw-away paint brush and pour the conditioner on the inside (ruff side) of the leather
Then spread a standing coat. Let it sit 24 hours and then buff it in. The ruff
side absorbs the conditioner better (Lexol, in my case).

Then use a liquid wax, (Nikwax, or similar) on the out-side of the boot/jacket, etc.
The protection will give you a water-proof coat, in all but the heaviest rain-storm.

So i changed the coolant, and oil, spark plugs already a few weeks ago...

No i dont have stainless steel brake lines... Whats the difference between those and oem???

Was debating on changing by brake fluid not sure if i should though... Wanted to order a steering stabilizer but they are expensive as hell!!!

The SS will firm-up and even out the brake control. And on the older models, +10 years,
it's time to replace them anyway.
As far as fluid replacement, brake fluid is hydrascopic (i.e. it absorbs water).
Over time water infiltrates the fluid and lowers it's boiling point, leading to reduced
performance. A lot of riders recommend yearly changes. Personally, I think every-other year is sufficent for all but the 2%-ers.
