Default Boring out stock exhaust

Hey guys, i just ordered a slip on for my bike but it wont be here for about a week. Im tired of the stock sound so i decided to bore out my stock exhaust. (you know, take out the little cylinder inside the pipe). I loosened the top but it still doesnt want to budge at all. i know there is another seal to break at the bottom but i cant see it. Has anyone ever tried this yet or have an "x-ray" picture of a stock exhaust? i cant seem to find one anywhere. thanks

Not sure about the stock can, but on my old two bros slip on, I had to take both ends of the can apart.

What do you mean you had to take both sides off? Why did you bore out an aftermarket exhaust?

The two bros had a hole and some rash on it, so I shortened it. I took off both end caps (where the midpipe enters the muffler, and where the exhaust comes out of the muffler). The muffler just comes apart. I'll try to find some pics online for you
