Dunlap Sportmax Q2 (front) Continental ForceMax (rear) 190

I bought some Dunlap Sportmax Q2s (front and rear)

About a week after installation, I look back and theres a nail in the rear...

I replaced it with the Conti and am much happier it has alot more tread then the Q2 and I can really feel it grip.

Idk if you saw this pic or not but you can clearly see the difference in tread

 

You know what would make that *** end look more blinged out? The chrome rims im selling! I love the conti force and attacks. Price is super great, they outlast alot of others, and they feel just as good....

 

ya pimp ...blings not the word i shooda used, cleeeen is more like it... ive done the crome wheels and grew out of that , my 900rr had em and what a PITA... kinda diggin the black wheels,, never rode a set of conti's , i asked about em here and nobody had anything to say about em... im interested tho...

 

i loved my dunlop sportmax 2's on my f2's but i cant stand the one on my 929, it wont warm up fast enough and have had it kick out on me on throttle out of turns, give me no good feel for the tire, im used to bangin out of a turn and with the poss of a kick-out , im done...IDK if the tire i have is a weird one or not , but it has shaken my love for dunlops..im glad to hear the conti's are workin for ya ,, ill be lookin for a set soon...on that note , im not worried about stretchin out tire life, amazing how my 929 will fry the rear if i glitch the throttle and hammer it , it will smoke the back instead of pullin the front up, weird never had a bike/tire combo do that ..??not even my beefy 900rr would do that with its old battleaxes...

Must have missed that topic. For years i ran Conti Attacks and Force's. I just recently tried the Shinko 009's. I still prefer the Conti's. The attacks look as bad a$$ as they feel with attack in the tread. I also like the Force's as much. I think they are great tires and believe the PP, Metzer, and most others are over-rated and over-priced for street use.....thats just my opinion. I like the cleanliness of that a$$ end now. Im jealous, looks nice.
