Default BIKE HELP

Hello guys, here are the numbers for honda warehouses that give some good prices, the trick is .... call all 4.. get the cheapest and then call the cheapest one back and tell them another dealership offerd the same party for X amount ( about 10-25 dollars depending on part use good judgement or they wont believe you) and they will match it, i used these numbers a couple of times and they were perfect.
I am sure you all know how expensive a local dealership can be, even for small bolts or nuts. Some of the price differences are listed below. The warehouses usually deliver parts faster than the dealership as well. Plus, the money you save on the price could be used for overnight shipping. either way, you're a winner! There is also a list of my favorite factory warehouses and their contact information after the price comparisons.

Here are some of the price differences:

**** EXAMPLE****

2000 Honda CBR 600 F4
PART NUMBER PART DESCRIPTION DEALER PRICE WAREHOUSE PRICE

64100-MBW-670ZB Upper Fairing $547.75 $386.00
64450-MBW-670ZB Lower Left Fairing $396.75 $280.00
33120-MBW-682 Headlight Assembly $201.25 $153.82

**** EXAMPLE****

HONDA
1-877-607-1300
1-800-279-7433
1-800-359-0567
1-800-438-7921

try and let me know!

ok the 929 was made from 00-01 and if you're running 42 lbs in the rear you're a mad man. I'd drop that down to 32-36 cold psi. as you're tire warms up it'll slightly raise the airpressure. But 42 in the rear is asking for trouble.

I have to agree with the post above me about tire pressure. I don't know about the best tire, but I can say here's my top 3, where 1 is the lowest and 3 is the best.

1. Continential Attacks
2. Michelin Pilot Powers
3. Pirelli Diablo Corsa 3's

Read up on some reviews or search the threads and you find alot of information. Good luck in your search. Congrats on the bike.
