just want to know if any one has gotten there beast dyno'd?

 

i had mine on a dyno a few years ago. before i had a full m4 exhaust system and pc3. 133 hp sae

 

is that with a default map on the pc or is that dyno tuned?

 

that 133hp sae was with a custom map. before the custom map it made 125hp. since then i have changed my sparkplugs, went to synthetic oil, changed exhaust to full yoshi trs. im hopeing for 135hp sae. if i dont get it i will probably yank out my flapper.

 

i had mine dyno'd with only a hindle slip on and a generic pc3 map from the power commander web. had 135 rear wheel hp.

 

some 929's will come from the factory stronger then other 929's just like any other model bike.

different dynos are going to read differently. My buddies 98 900rr read 130hp in Austin but only read 115 when he dyno'd it in Dallas. Some will read high, some read low. Was your hp SAE corrected?

 

its monday im getting mine done wed,,its bone stock now but im putting on a 2 bros carbon fiber w/ a k&n filter kit and a power commander so ill let ya know what it does by weeks end.

 

you should probably get a bmc filter.

 

well i had it done and it only made 125 hp at 126 mph but it's sooo smooth now that i piped it and installed the pc3 and filter .

 

Smoothness is what counts IMO, I'd rather have 100 smooth horses than 200 twitchy ones any day.[:-]
