Default 929 won't run

Hello I have a 2000 929 that I'm working on , it ran before winter , someone cut the kill switch wires and the ignition wires , I fixed all the wires I found cut , all the switches are working but the fuel pump will not turn on , tested pump and it works , tested computer in another bike and it works , changed all relays , checked and changed lean sensor , changed all four wire harnesses and gauges , checked all fuses and grounds and still nothing , I did not change stator , rectifier , crank or cam sensors , I'm stumped / lost please help

My guess is you missed a wire somewhere.

Do you have spark and injector pulse?

I changed the wire harness to be sure I didn't miss a wire , plugs and injectors are not firing

Do you have 9v at the pink wire on the ignition switch?

There are only a few things that can cause no fuel pump, no injector pulse, and no spark all at the same time. Are you sure that you have no pulse and no spark?

Are there any codes in it?
Do you have a power commander, alarm, or any other mods?

The fuel pump relay ( 2 bk/wt wires 1 brown and 1 brown /bk wire ) the br/bk wire has 12v but if I use 12v test light and touch it it grounds it out and turns on the pump , so it seems like the computer isn't sending the ground signal to turn the pump and coils and injectors

That's not really how to check for pulse.

Need to know if they have constant key power and pulsing ground.
Do you have spark?
Did you find the FI fuse?
