Default 929 Electronics - Grounding Harness making noises!!!!

Here's the story. I recently bought a decent set of yellow H7 bulbs for my 929, just somthing to **** away a President Grant on and make it look a lil' JDM. Swapped out the stock 50W bulbs and put in the new yellow 70W bulbs, the two highs at the end and the low in the middle. I wasn'tsure if you could do that butI did it anyways. After a few days of riding it around, the lights started dimming and flickering, and then my high beams wouldnt work, andwhen I put a blinker on the instument cluster blinks with it! So i swapped back to the stocks ones. When the lights are on, the middle (low)bulb is very dim and the two end (highs) bulbs just glow.I stuck a volt meter on them and they read 9Volts. Sometimes when I go over a large quick bump they act properly for like 3 seconds and then continue to be ****ty. Honda uses a grounding harness located behind the windshield and instrument cluster. it gets very hot! (normal????) afterunpluggingthe middle bulb the highs work fine. but the grounding harness buzzes! Now, i know what your thinking, i probably fried a wire somewhere but i check all the way back to the battery. There is nothing external i can see.

Fixed my problem for now, what was happening, the wires that go into the grounding harness were loose and not making proper contact so i taped them up tight and then taped the harness to the fairing stay. hopefully that will work, or else i will need a Front Sub Harness. Honda Part Number 32105-MCJ-670. If anyone has one "laying around" I'd be glad to purchase it.
