Default 929 is back running after 16 month hiatus!

i doubt anyone remembers when i posted about my spark plug popping out (turned out to be stripped hole) on my ride home from work over a year ago.. well, the bike sat because i was nervous i would have to plunk down my left arm and right nut to get it fixed and the bike just sat. after some nudging from the little woman, we decided to get it fixed (some friend of a friend) and all i had him do was fix the hole.

to make a long story longer, i put everything back together and everything works but the turn signals. horn works, lights, gauges. just no blinky blinks! i could be like a harley *** and just use my arms i guess, but after searching 120 something pages and doing a "keyword" search AND going cross-eyed in the process, i didn't really find anything juicy to get me going in the right direction..

i'm going to re-check all wires to make sure something wasn't re-connected and check the "plug block" on the front right side that i saw mention of.. if someone can think of something better or get a better pic of this wiring diagram, it would be appreciated.
