Default 87 octane fuel

:icon_tha t::i con_attention:sup guys well i tryed out 87 insted of 91 chevron my bike likes the 87 bleve it or not seems to pull alitle harder it felt different .

I've been putting mid grade, I think 89 octane, an it seems to run well but I wanna go back down to 87.

Switched back to 87 octane. Definitely runs better. An ur right stealth, it does pull harder (gigiddy).

The manual says use 87 guys... so thats really what you should be using... anything higher is a waste of money

indeed ct cbr whats good about 91 it keeps the valves really clean i only use chevron or 76 i used super today

i thought about fuel octanes today when i filled up. instead of paying the extra dimes for higher octane i think just every so many fillups ill just use a carb cleaner stuff

Carb cleaner?? Or did you mean fuel injector cleaner?

haha well see thats the thing.. the F4 has carbs BUT everyone i talk to says to use fuel injector cleaner. i think its quite funny.. yes i do mean the FI cleaner tho

just get a tank of chevron super i pulled my header off all the exhaustports are super clean and valves are spotless

O... well I said that cuz this is the 929 section which is fuel injection... so I assumed you had a 929... but yea then it would be carb cleaner lol
