Default 2000 929 seats

Does anyone have any advice about seats? Is there a specific name brand that is better then the rest?

Also, how far can you go without your legs going numb?

Corbin

Thanks!

Thanks!
I have a Sargent seat on my 954. I can ride all day with the Sargent seat where the stock seat would become uncomfortable after 1-2 hours.

Corbin and Sargent both make good aftermarket seats. I found mine on Ebay for less than half the new price.

I tried the Sargent seat on my 01 929, it was great looking, well shaped, well built, but about twice as hard over the oem seat. I sent it back.

I put the Corbin on mine and loooooove it. So much better than stock and while it was a tad too hard at first it does get a little better. I've found I can ride comfortably for a long time with it since it has plenty of support. Not to mention you don't feel like your butt is sliding around in the Corbin, holds your cheeks nicely

yeah i love my corbin seat very nice. i have gone on 2-3 hr rides and am fine. For how long u can ride all depends on ur size. im 6'4" so going longer then that would kill me

I just did a price quote on both Corbin and Sargent earlier. Plan on adding one with a seat cowl. A customized front corbin with different materials (IE: gator, snake) and different colors cost about 50 bucks cheaper than a Sargent that will not receive the same customization.
