has anyone tried swaping the fron end of a 1000rr 08 onto the 929RR?

I am only interested on the headlight -upper fairing part.

would it fit or am I gonna have to start buying fairing stay etc etc etc...

I have looked all over internet and people switch forks etc but no one talks about fairings.....

 

Fairing stay is what is going to hold the plastics, the lights, and gauges.

That would be more important then just the triple trees and forks, but that would def be a great upgrade for that bike.
