will this fit
i have a 93 cbr 900 w/16,xxx miles on it. it was wrecked so i have replaced many parts and am almost done except for the front forks. my question is will a 95 front fork set fit without any issue on my 93, or will i have to find a 93-94 set only? thanks, ron
i'm concerned with the front brake brackets and the speedo hook up between the wheel and the forks..
are you positive??? i have been killing my self trying to find the same 2 years 93-94. while seeing how i have someone who knows this is there a difference between the 93-97 performance wise? should i look for the latest one (would this be considered an upgrade?).
Dude, I spent a year confirming this. My '93 has '97 forks at this very moment...
Yes, get as new as you can, they come with, I think it's compression rebound adjustment, whereas '93-'94 does not. Even the top and bottom triple clamps from '93-'97 will fit your bike. My lower clamp is '97, even though I kept the original, clean '93 top clamp.
As long as you have your '93 wheel with room for the speedo unit, everything will bolt up perfectly.
