Does anyone know where I can find a Timing Retarder Eliminator? I have a 98 900 RR. And has anyone used one? What do you think of them?

 

dont think that you can use a TRE on a 900 because it isnt a fuel injected bike. you would have to do a timing advance or use a Dyna2000 which would give you the freedom to have a number of retard settings at your finger tips.

I've got that dyna 2000 on my other bike and I really like it. I'am going to get it for my 900 as well. I'am used to working on race cars and useing msd boxes and that dyna is as close as it gets to carburated bikes. You can customize ignition timing to what ever you please. If you plan to use nitros (as I am) you can retard your timing as you spray. Johnny
