Default where to buy oem parts for 98 900rr?

i need the little rubber piece that goes around the gas tank between the tank and frame. anyone know where to find one? ive looked around but havent found that particular piece. also do you guys run 93 gas in it? and what type of old should i use? can i get a oil filter from local parts store? sorry for the noob questions, im new to the bike world

ive looked at all of them and cant seem to find the rubber piece that goes under the gas tank. i think i am jsut going to go get some foam strips to run under it.

also, what size bulbs does it take? it has the oem 2 round headlights i believe. looking to get HID's for it

and HID kits go for about $80 to start...
