First pass was 12.2 at 118mph
second was 11.8 at 119mph
third was 11.4 at 122mph, they kicked me out for going over 120mph in a jeans.

I think I did pretty good for the first time ever at the track with the bike, been riding for 2 months, oh and on the last pass I smoked 07 gsxr600 by a good 5 bikes.

I think you smoked the rider not the bike cause a 07 GSXR 600 should be in the 10s.

 

I think Rubicon is right... most of my friends ride newer 600's. I whoop all the Hondas and Yamahas and Kawi's. My buddy with the 600GSXR is the only one who can Hang with me. Never raced him from a stop tho. Just from like 60 or 70 up. Good **** tho, it doesn't matter if it was the rider or the bike, a wins a win.

 

while we're on the topic... anybody know what the 900RR should do in the quarter mile? given that ur wardrobe allows u to do more than 120.

10.5 at 130mph sounds very good, I'd say I could deffinatly get it down to high 10s at maybe 125mph tops though, hell I ran a brand new zx14 and he ran a 10.7 at 133 with 1.6 60', my 60' were 1.9 so there is room for improvment, but I don't think I can trap 130mph though.

 

Jason from Superbikes got on a ZX14 for the first time at a drag strip and ran like a 9.7 first pass. So that guy who owns one really can't ride, or at least race.
